For more than a century, the Insurance Brokers’ Association of the State of New York (IBANY) has represented the interests of the New York Metro insurance marketplace.

IBANY is overseen by a volunteer board of highly influential members in the insurance community.

As an organization, IBANY is committed to fostering inclusion, working toward structural change within our industry, and creating more equitable access to opportunities. Our goal has always been to educate, develop, and inform our members. We take pride in offering IBANY member engagement opportunities for young emerging leaders, professionals, and top-level executives.

IBANY members include retailers, wholesalers, managing general agents, carrier companies, and other organizations associated with the insurance broker community. IBANY members have exclusive access to our platform for education, networking resources, and professional development.
